EXTINCTION REBELLION
Extinction Rebellion is an activist group, advocating for dramatic and rapid action on the issue of climate change. Extinction Rebellion activists in the Cheltenham area wanted a dedicated website along with their own custom advertising materials to boost their professionalism, increase awareness and drive engagement with the local community.
The goal of the website for Extinction Rebellion Cheltenham was to be engaging, informative, and to encourage the audience to take action, interact with the group and join the movement. The XR Cheltenham website carries the branding from the larger Extinction Rebellion movement as well as integrating with the the national site to create a consistent and seamless experience for the user. The website also serves to offer information specific to the Cheltenham movement such as Working Groups, events and latest news.
An essential aspect of any activist group is reaching an audience and recruiting new members to the movement.
